busy work, ties that are too short, when the AC goes out in summer, sunburns

I was born and raised in the RGV; undergrad at A&M, MFA at UTPA, PhD in progress at Texas Tech. I believe learning is one of the most important things we do for ourselves and each other. My mantra: make something cool.
